"I have phoned 5 times over 3 days to speak to a receptionist and EVERY TIME my call has been cut off at around 10 minutes duration, without any contact.
It would be fair to say that I am extremely angry.
I read with interest in the surgery that you have a zero tolerance to the abuse of your staff, and rightly so. Isnât it a shame that the same consideration is not extended to your patients.
Whilst I appreciate COVID-19 has had an adverse effect on all services this is beyond the pail.
