"The GPs and nurses themselves are fantastic. The reception staff are very dismissive and at times unhelpful.
I picked my daughter up from school, her head pounding and she was dizzy to the point she struggled to coordinate walking in a straight line and mildly confused. I called the doctors surgery and the receptionist told me there was no appointments and to take her to the walk in centre in Ormskirk, I do not drive so I called 111 for advice they went through a lots questions then told me she needed to see a doctor inside 2 hours. I called the surgery back as I couldnât get to Ormskirk hospital for the walk in centre I tried to tell the receptionist what I had discussed with 111 and the outcome, I was cut off mid sentence with âwe canât help youâ and then hung up on. She wasnât prepared to try to help in anyway or even listen to what I was saying for that matter. Extremely rude to a very worried parent ...."
