"I moved to this GPs in 2017 after I moved to the area, and I've unfortunately been in poor health for a lot of the time since so have visited quite frequently.
I was terrified of going to the doctors where I used to live as it was such an unpleasant experience. Not true at all here, the level of care I have received has been extremely high, and the friendliness and lovely bedside manner of staff is consistent across the board - whether it is the primary GP, the nurses, the receptionists and even the locum doctors I have seen there.
Always been able to get an appointment same day whenever I have needed one, with no nasty interrogations over the phone.
When you are ill, you don't want the experience of going to the doctors to be unpleasant on top of it all, and this surgery takes me back 20 years to the small village practice I went to as a child. I thought this was something that had been lost in the NHS, but delighted that I have been able to find such a great GP again."
