"Acting on behalf of my disabled, mentally impaired, and pensioner father I dropped a form in at roselea surgery in Bamber Bridge. It was to confirm his illness so that he could get some discount off his council tax. I only needed the doctors signature, printed name and surgery address.
Upon leaving it at the surgery I wasnât informed that there would be a charge and I didnât really think that there would be one. I only needed a signature. It would take the doctor 10 seconds maximum. Iâve no problem with paying a fair charge but £20.00 REALLY! For 10 seconds âworkâ
Thatâs £120.00 per MINUTE or £7,200.00 per HOUR.
How can you justify that hourly rate Doc?
