"I had the most wonderful experience whilst seeking help with my Sons online account. The telephone was answered promptly by a jolly sounding person. My issues were listened to patiently and pleasantly. I was making the call, hands free, whilst on my way to work and the receptionist even held on the line for me whilst I got out of my car to unlock the gate at work! The help and assistance I received was amazing, everything was explained with immense clarity and she definitely knew what she was talking about. She went above and beyond what I had hoped to achieve from my telephone call and even helped to resolve another issue at the same time. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to talk to someone who listened, who took the time to understand what I needed and who was able to get on the same wave length as me and put me at ease. I was confident that my needs were being meet 100% and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and efficient person to answer my phone call. I know receptionists get a hard time but this one was a dream and a credit to the practice."
