"i tried to get through to the surgery 42 times , this is totally unacceptable, and when you do get through you cannot get an appointment even if you receive a letter telling you to book one ,
Iv has an infection for over a week , a eventually got to speak to a doctor who told me they would ring in the morning to give you an appointment, they didnât so after 2 hours of trying to get through I got told I could have a on call doctor to ring me , to do exactly what the doctor had done the previous day , what is going on in the mean time iv still got my infection that is becoming progressively worse , Iâm seriously thinking of putting a complaint to the clinical commissioning group , this is just one of my complaints , Iâm now over this surgery it used to be amazing iv been a patient here for over 27 years"
