"I wish I had one positive comment regarding this surgery, but I simply do not.
Iâve tried calling for weeks now to book an appointment, the calls constantly go unanswered and are now being cut off after a ring or two.
I canât even move surgeries as everyone Iâve contacted will not take my family on as we already have a local GP. Great!! What use is a surgery where you cannot get an appointment? When you are lucky to get an appointment, the nurses is so behind you might as well take a half day out of work just to accommodate her. If youâre late, low and behold the world ends. The other way around is perfectly acceptable though.
And for the most part, the reception staff are normally moanig under their breath about the phones ringing and how they refuse to answer them as they have no appointments left or have too much to do or itâs close to closing (still over an hour and half left of surgery)
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
I would never have chosen this surgery myself, unfortunately Iâm lumbered with it since the merger. Worst thing they ever did."
