"Been with the surgery for almost 2 years just out of my own laziness. I have been diagnosed with Hypertension in my early 30s the previous surgery ran various tests but coudn't find the exact cause of it.
This surgery upon joining reduce my time to half between my prescriptions so that I have get my prescription every month resulting in me paying more on my meds. The receptionist staff is unpleasant and not very welcoming. I tried called early to book an appoitment and they gave me dates for the next month or after 2-3 weeks.
There is no weekly or fortnightly blood pressure checks or anything."
