"Presented at reception with my friend who lived in the street next door to the survey, he couldn't catch his breath on a few occasions and is asthmatic. A member of staff acknowledged our arrival after their gossiping to two other members of staff behind the desk. hey said I shud of dialled 999 and and not come here. I explained how close we were to surgery I was in a panic and. Very worried . Just needed advise and help. One person in waiting room at this time. Told to take a seat. Despite 3 members of staff on the desk no one offered to help get him seated or offered water. TBC, don't go near this place . Long story short.. didn't wanna be bothered to treat him ( registered ) 3 years ago. Receptionist was horrible sneered and sneaked in to see a doctor. Eventually got in the room and was verbally abused by the doctor for the interruption. If they had said can't help I'd have left and called an ambulance .This doctor raised their voice with door ajar n spoke like I was 5 years old. All the while making sure they had an audience of staff. Hope you feel good about yourself. Unbelievable attitude. If it was busy that might be a defence but place had a few people in. Official complaint to follow. Shame on you all."
