"As I lost my gp due to retirement. I have to phone at eight am for an appointment on the day, no forward appointments are available. This sounds ok in theory but as everyone else is also trying to phone it usually takes 20 mins (and that costs about £2.40) to get through, the message is very misleading and when the loop restarts you think you are through to the next stage but no the music returns.
Once you actually get an appointment everything and everyone is very good. Today I have been phoning to make an appointment for my husband and that performance to get to speak to someone doesn't change."
