"This surgery never give importance to medical emergency even if it is regarding paediatric patient.Reception is always rude on phone they cover each other when you raise any concern.
Doctors are not helpful with your problems you when you really wants help from them.My son was asked to see gp with his high temperature by 111 service clinician.He was referred from them to gp to see him in 6 hours time from 6am .When I call to book appointment I was given telephone consultation and doctors was not helpful on phone at all.I fell doctor didnât understand patients situation and she tried to avoide to see my son.I think this is lack of respect and dignity for patient."
