"My one year old was denied medication prescribed by St Thomas and Guy hospital. This was the worst experience ever. Don't have the word, but poor reception service. Answer differ of different reception for the same question asked. Trust is the biggest factor for me.
GP cancelled the written prescription after 2 weeks saying it was expensive. Now my child is out of medication. Just think if it was your child who has to suffer in this manner. I would urge everyone to be cautious.
Never seen such a worst surgery ever.
I am taking this further against this surgery and make sure no one else in future suffer like us."
