"Firstly I have to state, this practice is pretty awful, they've dropped the ball on pretty much everything they've ever said they would do for me, today was the final straw so I'll be changing practices asap.
Had a 2 week wait for an appointment to see a doctor. The time was bad for me due to work but I needed to see someone. Left work in plenty of time but got stuck in traffic and was 10 mins late. The doctor refused to see me even though I was the last appointment, she even refused to come and talk to me. Messages were relayed through reception staff while she hid in her office. I've never been late for an appointment before, I rarely go the doctor, yet every single time I've been, I've had to wait 20+ minutes, I'm expected to do this apparently. Yet when I'm running a bit late, I'm labelled a dna and told to re-book. This takes poor service to a whole new level, you seem to have no interest in your patients, you should ask yourself why you are a doctor. I work at hospital so understand the pressures but this is purely down to your lack of respect for the people you are supposed to treat. You are in a very privileged position, it's such a shame that you don't appreciate it."
