"PLEASE get an email or some other way of contacting the surgery. It is SO SO SO frustrating when you are on hold for 15 mins and when you do get through no one can give you an answer. Chasing up prescriptions and missing items is a daily occurrence, your "prescription clerk" only seems to be there 2 hours a day and even then no one else seems to have a clue.
You can never see the same GP more than once it seems, and your GPs will refer you to a specialist and not check the criteria needed for that service. You then get your hopes up, travel for over an hour to Sidcup to be turned away because the relevant test results weren't sent with the referral and you don't meet the criteria. Soul Destroying.
There are other surgeries that I am unfortunately out of the area for, that offer email communications, process prescriptions efficiently. Please sort your method of communication out asap."
