"I have read the comment of the person that was complaining she wouldnât get an appointment earlier than 3,4 weeks and about that game of â call at 8 am or 1 pm â every single day,and the response of her complained was that is not true. It is very true, I have been with this surgery for several years now and I can tell how much the service has changed. I have been waiting 3 weeks to see a GP, they listened to only a part of my needs and then asked me to book another appointment as I wanted a blood test, I got an appointment in another 3 weeks time , I have done the blood test and I received a text message to see gp to discuss the results .. I called the surgery the lady said to call at 8 am , I callled 17 times to get through just to be told that I can get an appointment in 3 weeks time again... or to call every day at 8 am and 1 pm to keep on trying. I am worried about my blood test resits and if something itâs wrong I canât start treatment until the 1st of January."
