"It states that if you require and emergency appointment for that day then to ring at 8am...... canât get through until 9am.... the. After being quizzed about whatâs wrong with you and being made to feel like your not worthy of an appointment by the receptionist they give you an appointment eventually but treat you like a criminal when you get there. I rang because my daughter had suddenly become unwell whilst at school (sheâs 4) and without me telling them exactly what was wrong with her and having to explain to the receptionist why I took her to nursery in the first place ( even tho itâs none of her business) she told me I would need to ring the following day. I explained she isnât well and needs to see a doctor as I am very concerned to be told by her she will speak to the doctor and tell her that my daughter had been to school so she canât be that bad!!!!! School rang me as they said she had become unwell at school and could incollect her early!!!! Itâs absolutely nothing at all to do with the receptionist what is wrong with my daughter and why she needs an appointment. When i got there I told her my daughters name and that we where he too see the doctor... she then pointed to the chairs in the waiting area and said âsitâ as if she was talking to a dog. When it was our turn... rather than saying her name she pointed to my daughter and said âgo â On the way back out after seeing the doctor, I went to the reception to ask for a sample bottle as requested by the doctor and I also asked how to make a complaint.... was told I would need to put it in writing and give it to her.... yeah. Alright. Of course it will get to the correct person if I hand it to her. In the process of changing doctors."
