"I called on monday morning yes i was on hold for 20+ minutes but it was a monday morning so knew it would be busy . spoke to a lovely receptionist very helpful very jolly although could tell it had been a busy morning she did everyrhing she could to get me an appointment with the nurse that day as i was day off . ok it wasnt at my surgery a 5 min walk away but she got me into park surgery checking i was ok to get there which was great.

I saw a lovely nurse absolutely brilliant nurse even after a long day she was laughing and got my issue sorted with no hurry . i hear so much negative but god the staff dont stop its constantly busy and little thanks . so thank you for all you do"

Dr Ko Ko Laing qualified in 1989, his previous surgery in Victory Road merged with the Portsdown Group in April 2010. He is a highly experienced GP, is based in Kingston Crescent Surgery he has a number of special interest which includes medicine, rheumatology and joint injections. He is a keen tennis player and also enjoys travel.

Dr Kipgen qualified from Barts and the London Medical School in 2006 (MBBS). He completed his GP training in Dorset in 2015 (MRCGP). He has a broad range of experience gained from hospital posts earlier in his career; these include paediatrics, sexual health, orthopaedics and emergency medicine. In his spare time he enjoys hill-walking and is a keen amateur chef. He also enjoys playing and watching sport especially rugby and football.

He is married to Alison and has three children who keep them both very busy. He likes nothing better than to relax in the garden and is frequently seen with either a chainsaw or an axe, what could go wrong!?
