"I think we should be greatful for our fantastic nhs and all the good we get from the services!
Too many complaints are being said about the our local services, where else in the world are you able to get such great service!
I visited Park surgery and my impressions were, how clean the reception area was, there was a nice friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and asked the right questions, to make my appointment easy.
Nice greet and meet by the Dr, I didn't have to wait long to be seen and noticed that there was reading material nicely displayed on the walls. I think the staff at Park are very happy and very pleasent to appraoch and talk to, they don't make you feel like you're Just another patient. Top credit to your reception office manager and staff for making my doctors appointment go well! Let's give great praise instead of negativity, our nhs service is prescious to us all!"

Dr Ko Ko Laing qualified in 1989, his previous surgery in Victory Road merged with the Portsdown Group in April 2010. He is a highly experienced GP, is based in Kingston Crescent Surgery he has a number of special interest which includes medicine, rheumatology and joint injections. He is a keen tennis player and also enjoys travel.

Dr Kipgen qualified from Barts and the London Medical School in 2006 (MBBS). He completed his GP training in Dorset in 2015 (MRCGP). He has a broad range of experience gained from hospital posts earlier in his career; these include paediatrics, sexual health, orthopaedics and emergency medicine. In his spare time he enjoys hill-walking and is a keen amateur chef. He also enjoys playing and watching sport especially rugby and football.

He joined Portsdown Group Practice in 2015 and maintains his special interest in ENT and is responsible for the Portsdown Travel Clinic. He is married to Alison and has three children who keep them both very busy. He likes nothing better than to relax in the garden and is frequently seen with either a chainsaw or an axe, what could go wrong!?
