"I have been a patient at this surgery for the last 27 years, they've seen me through some rough times. But I have to say recently they have gone down hill, too much for my liking now and I will be changing. For example I rarely go to the doctors only in dyer need, when I rung yesterday I was told that the first available appointment isn't until the 1st March, that's 2 weeks away. Then I was told if I want an on the day appointment I have to phone in at 8.30 am, so I set a reminder on my phone and started dialling the next morning, I couldn't get through till 8.37 am, only to be told all the appointments for the day had gone..! Within 7 minutes.. I proceeded to tell the receptionist that I had been calling since 8.30, and that the system is definitely flawed, clearly there has to be at least 10-15 time slots for the day, how have they all gone in 7 minutes, unless people are booking for several family members at one time. Just can't believe how hard it is to get an appointment...
There is no way they can justify that 7 minutes is enough time to book a days appointments.
