"We email prescription requests in to the gatekeeper account and NEVER receive a reply.
Resulting in us having to wait on the phone to check to see if ready or wasted journey by going there to find out not done and no explanation given via email.
This would make sense to reply to each request with either yes or no surely and would save the surgery a lot of phone calls and then people would be able to get through quicker!"
