"Getting an appointment with this surgery is so difficult and disheartening that I tend to put up with medical complaints rather than attempt to get one. It is easier to get blood from a stone than to see a doctor. Patronising and sometimes rude staff on reception, dingy waiting room - which on the times I have been there is almost always empty and yet one cannot get an appointment... I dread using the phone due to the dreadful connection message, and once again when I finally tried to get an appointment today for something that has been troubling me for several months, I was told that nothing was available in the month of February (today was the 11th) and they couldn't see into March yet, could I phone back in a week... Note that at no stage did the person ask what was wrong. How bad does it have to get before something is done about this surgery?"
