"My family have always received excellent care and support from St James', and the way they have helped me this morning deserves mention.
I called and, despite it being Monday morning, I was talking to a receptionist within twenty seconds. She was very helpful and professional. The Practice Manager was on another call so she suggested I speak to their Operations Manager. He took my call immediately and couldn't have been more helpful. He listened to my query, came up with a solution, and booked me appointments that fit around my work and childcare.
As a side note, I was impressed with the availability of GP and phlebotomy appointments available online and would recommend people try it.
