"Its can be very difficult to get an appointment for several weeks.I rang recently trying to make an emergency appointment but advised by reception staff none available as only 1 doctor in,you need to ring back after the weekend .I also find difficulty in getting an appointment with the same doctor ,so each appointment is often with a different Dr or standin locum who knows nothing about you or your ongoing health problems and has not read your notes. In turn thisgives you as a patient less opportunity to build a rappour or confidence with the surgery .If you complain over the phone with reception staff about the difficulty in obtaining an appointment miraculously an earlier date /slot is found .
On line booking is available but often the next appointment is several weeks away.On the positive side the surgery is near to my home."
