"I am always happy to visit this surgery. The receptionists are very attentive and polite. I would like to say thank you in particular to Hannah who is efficient, helpful and informative. She seems to have the time of day for all patients and is good at explaining any changes or new information. The nurses and the doctors are also very professional and caring and make me feel like an individual and not just a a name on a patient list.
My only real quibble is that it is not easy to get an appointment when I want but I can appreciate the fact that there is a huge demand for appointments. Waiting times can be long but that is usually because the doctors are being professional and taking their time with each patient. I would certainly recommend this practice to friends and family."
