"It is impossible to get an appointment at this ridiculous surgery that wont allow you to book 'too far in advance' but yet weeks before the date you want you get told sorry you will just have to ring on the day every day until an appointment may be available. I ring at 8.30 every morning only to be told no appointments every single time. I get told oh just turn up do these people realis that for people who work we cant just sit around waiting on the off chance you might get a gap we need the ability to book!!! Then on asking the staff will I actually be able to still have my injection given how late it now is I get a oh I don't know about that sorry. What an absolute joke I wouldn't mind if it was a one off but this is every time now and last time I raised this I was told oh don't worry you might be able to do it yourself from home at some point well great as I'm not a trained nurse this is a great idea thank you so much."
