"This surgery is useless, and their appointment system of ringing on the day is pathetic. Especially for busy working people who cannot have a phone on them at work. Given up with the place and now just go to the walk in centre which thankfully this is only very rare. I find telling the reception staff the ins and outs of my symptoms very intrusive. Letters to GPs complaining are intercepted by the admin staff and they take the matter into their own hands. The reception staff think they are God and are above the GPS, and they say they are acting from instruction from Medical staff?? The place is just being run by the reception staff deciding if you can have medical treatment? The place has gone down hill big time.
