"I phoned up the reception as I found it difficult to use the automatic system where you have to put in your date of birth and telephone number, but there is no explanation of how you have to put this information in.
A receptionist took my call and looked on my records to help me get an appointment with the doctor I saw at St Nicholas surgery as the doctor wanted to see me again but I did not have her name but the receptionist dealt with it very quickly and efficiently,
The reason I have put this comment on is because previously the person that has taken my call about my flu jab was not very helpful."
