"I have now been with this practice for over three years and found it excellent in every respect. I remarried two years ago and my wife has been very pleased with the service she has received too. We both suffer from long term conditions, so the medical care we receive is important to us.
Not only are they efficient in how they deal with things, the doctors nurses and staff there never make you feel hurried and keep interruptions to a minimum when consulting with them. The fact that this part of the country is rather remote and sparsely populated makes a telling indictment on the what one can find in the more urban and densely populated areas of the country.
We live in a small dwelling, and for two years we have been looking for a larger place to live. We restricted our search strictly to the catchment area for the surgery, which demonstrates our satisfaction with the medical services we have received. As it happens we have recently decided to stay put so our future local medical remains assured.
There has been a turnover of staffing with the doctors, two retiring and three new one. We have not experienced any changes that would worry us. This shows the working culture of the practice is well established."
