"Why is this surgery taking on new patients when it carnt cope with the ones it has?
I have tried to get an appointment, written letters, sent recorded and i think they just bin them.
One member of staff should be the first person one complains to , (one dont have to) .
There are many sick people who have to phone 8-30 in the morning only to be told to phone back the next day, there are no next day/week appointments.
If one is unhappy with the outcome of their complaint or doesnt want to go that way one can contact the CCG, (clinical commissioning group).

Credit where its due and i have found the doctors/ nurses and staff very good when one can get to see one, its getting to see one.
With over 6000 patients registered with this surgery and only one full time doctor no wonder the receptionists are somewhat off hand so to speak,.
Perhaps another couple of Doctors would help."
