"I would like to thank all of the staff at Sunnyside for their support since I moved here in 2012, I know they have seen a fair bit of me during this time.
This thank you especially applies to the Locum (not named for privacy reasons) that looked after me from the end of 2016 and through 2017 while I was struggling with stress and depression along with some physical illness resulting from this. Without her help and support there is a very good chance I might not be here today, I can think of one particular phone appointment that really helped pull me back from the edge and put me on track again.
Sadly (for me that is) the locum is no longer at this surgery but I did at least get to say thanks before she left and wish her all the best. I didn't feel this showed enough appreciation - hence this review.
At the risk of sounding too gushing, it's professionals like this that really restore faith in the NHS so you forget any problems and remember they are quite stretched.
The delivery team at Southmead who helped deliver my daughter in November are another great example; the NHS is still really good at what it does best!
