I moved here from another local Practice three weeks ago, as I was struggling to get any appointments or service. Since I have moved to Sutton Benger, I have had amazing care.
The receptionists and surgery staff have been patient and helpful, I have on going issues and they have been really patient, explaining how the Surgery works, giving me access online to my records, booking appointments on the same day and registering me very quickly as a new patient. The nurse is very kind and understanding of my fear of needles, which is great as I have injections every 12 weeks.
My new GP is brilliant, in my first appointment I felt supported, listened to, action was taken, including change of dosage, and hospital referral. He then had a double appointment booked for me to come back after my blood test, for an overall review.
Iâve always thought these sort of NHS services were urban legend, thank you everyone!"
