"Genuinely the best surgery where the staff care about you as an individual and treat you that way - always! From the Dr's to the nurse's, HCA's and reception staff, they all take the time to listen and help from my experience as I'm sure would the emergency care practuoners.
There's no battling with evil reception staff who think they're qualified Dr's just to see or speak to an actual qualified Dr, reception are great and no waiting days or weeks for appointments either.
This surgery cares not only for your physical health but your emotional and social health too, including you in every step and decision.
It's clear Dr's Alberts and Down have worked hard to provide patients with a caring and supportive environment where the focus is truly on the patient and I hope this never changes.
Having experienced other local surgeries both personally and professionally I have to say they don't even come close to Tawstocks level."
