"I didn't like the old system, getting an appointment was difficult.
I have had to unfortunately have a few appointments recently and the new system is amazing. The first time I called wanting an appointment that day and picked the time that suited me I then called a few days in advance to ask about how I got another sicknote. The receptionist up what was happening and booked a telephone appointment for the day my sicknote ran out.
When I needed to be seen again a few weeks later, I called to book an advance appointment wtth the GP I wanted to see on the day and time I wanted to be seen. At my last surgery I couldn't get an appointment for 6 weeks if I wanted to book an appointment in advance. Here I was offered an appointment 4 days later!!, I actually didn't want one for 10 days. So I was offered a choice of times and worked it around school drop off.
I couldn't ask for more. well done on the new appointment process, I'm sure it won't only be me who loves it."
