"I have been going to this surgery for the last 30 years and it has steadily declined over the years. I rarely go the doctors but when I do its because I have felt so ill it has been necessary for me to make an appointment. Over the last few years it has become harder to see a GP and when I do I feel its always rushed. I understand that the NHS is under a massive strain and that GP's have 'Targets' but this surgery seems to have lost the patient GP care it once had. I tried to contact the surgery to make an appointment but they have a new appointment system which is almost impossible to get through. I actually kept the phone call running to prove a point and I was still waiting to get through after 40 minutes. I eventually rang again and pressed option 2 to speak to reception who had their phone off the hook so I could not speak to anyone. This is not good, I feel I have no confidence in this surgery any more and have now decided to move surgery."
