"I have recently had an illness which resulted in having to attend the practice several times over a short period of time. Each time I have been I have been impressed with the care I have received, I haven't really had to attend often in the past but always felt that the practice was good, however now I think it is exceptional.
The girls on reception have been patient and kind, the GP has been amazing as she went out of her way to make sure I was ok, she made sure all tests were carried out to eventually find out what was wrong with me. I was fitted in by the nurse to do blood tests and a heart test. I cant thank them enough for the care they have shown me. This has not been a pleasant time for me and I was very worried. I feel they really care."
