"I cannot recommend the surgery high enough. they have been helpful, reassuring and decisive when needed. Although getting an appointment seems to be a bit hit and miss nowadays since they have changed the system to a ring on the day, if you need to see someone urgently they will always find a way to accommodate your needs. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the doctors and staff remember you and seem to care about your health needs (mental and physical). Having previously been part of a system where there are lots of different doctors and staff and never being able to get an appointment, I feel cared for and would not wish it to change. As an aside my dad (who has now passed away) hated his GP surgery where we were before but felt comfortable and cared for in the Castle Surgery, in fact when we had to call for a outside hours GP his Castle GP visited the next day to ensure he had the help he needed. Outstanding in every aspect."
