"It can be difficult to get an appointment at the local branch surgery so you have to often attend appointments at the main branch which can be difficult to get to on time during peak traffic times.
The different doctors seem to treat patients differently and quite often it has been difficult to get actual help for an illness with a general attitude of wait and see and requests from the doctors to attend repeat visits if no improvement or if there is a change in symptoms which can be difficult to arrange when you have a family and are working.
No issues with the care provided for my children but I feel quite saddened by their attitude to my visits which have often left me feeling tearful and very alone with a medical condition which is making my life very challenging and having a massive impact on my wellbeing both mentally and physically."
