"I have moved from the south coast where I was at an amazing surgery and I also work in healthcare.
Since I moved to the area I have seen a very clear divide in the quality of services overall and this has been quite difficult to experience. I am extremely lucky to have moved in with my partner down the road from this surgery, I registered here using their website which was brilliant and have had a nurse and a doctors appointment so far.
The staff are lovely and helpful while you can see they have a lot to deal with, the nurse was understanding and clearly good at what she does and I could not fault the doctor at all. He made me feel comfortable, looked at my previous notes, listened (which a lot don't anymore) and did everything he could possibly do.
I am thoroughly impressed so far, so much so that I have now registered my partner here because her surgery leaves much to be desired much like many do now.
I am even impressed by how quickly I was able to get online services, as with a lot of people who work in healthcare I work strange hours so do most of my prescription ordering etc online."
