I called at 8am only to hear the operator tell me to call again, I kept on calling in order to get through, 14minutes later I got through only to be told to call back at 2pm by a receptionist, When I called back at 2pm it took me 12 minutes to get through, only to be told that there are no appointments and the next appointment is Thursday 5:30pm.
I am absolutely appalled, sick (literally!)
and tired of having to get a doctors appointment also the staff do not help."
