"I have never been able to see my named GP since one of the senior partners retired 2 years ago. Knowing that patient health is closely correlated with building a relationship with your GP, I am amazed this is not given any priority in this Practice.
I recently made a deliberate attempt to make an appointment in Bromham with my named GP, only to be told that she was not available - I was offered an appointment 4 weeks later. The receptionist did not sympathise with my complaints, saying that this was not her decision.
Ever since the Bromham practice amalgamated with several others, the patient service has significantly deteriorated - what therefore was the point of the reorganisation if patient experience has worsened?"
