"I hadn't been to the gp for some years until recently and then had to have several appointments. I was impressed that I was able to fix appointments online and not have to hang on the telephone for ages, such an improvement on the old system. I had no problem getting the time/days convenient to myself and no long waits.
The reception staff were polite and friendly and I did notice their kindness to elderly patients who came into the surgery which was good to see.
The gp I saw was attentive and thorough and arranged the necessary investigative procedures.
All in all, a very positive experience."
