"The staff on reception at this surgery really need training on how to speak to patients when they visit. Once again I have found them to be very condescending in the manner that they deal with you when approached at the desk.
Always far too busy in what they are doing to be bothered to look up and ask if they can help or say I will be with you in a moment. God forbid if you speak to them before they acknowledge your presence.
Can I suggest that maybe the surgery could have a separate inquiry desk with no computer screens or phones and just a person who really wants to give help when you visit
I hope the practice manager will find this review useful at the staff meetings."
