"I was with this practice for 5 years and am gutted I've had to change after moving out of the catchment area.
Reception staff are always friendly and helpful, and urgent appointments are usually available same day.
Highly professional GPs. One particular GP occasionally runs late, but I always chose to see her because she takes time out to listen to her patients. She diagnosed a health condition I had been back and forward to 3 different practices with for the last 15 years (prior to joining here). I've since had an operation to correct it and have never felt so well! I can't thank her enough. I never feel dismissed, ignored or condescended to by any of the staff here and I always have full confidence in them.
I once saw a GP and my diagnosis required an x-ray. It was done, in the building on the same day. Within 40 minutes of arriving I'd seen the GP, had an x-ray and a blood test, collected a prescription and been given a follow up appointment.
If I could fault anything is that their catchment area isn't big enough!"
