"Would have preferred to see a GP for a review which is my normal and preferred practice but no appointments were available. I had to see a clinical pharmacist. She appeared to read from a script and didn't smile and had no regard for how I might be feeling. I am surprised I have lived as long as I have with all the do's and do nots she reeled of.
Still have to wait 11/2 weeks for a doctors phonecall which could have been answered at the review by the doctor. After today I have no confidence in this practice especially in the treatment of elderly patients. Maybe if you are known to the receptionists things may be different.
How can they still take on new patients when existing patients cannot get appointments."
