I called yesterday morning for an appointment and was told i had missed the morning slots. I explained that i worked 40 mins away and needed to plan ahead. I was told to call at 2. I said i had a meeting at 2 and would be unable to call until 3. I asked the receptionist for her assistance and she said nothing she can do. I call at 3 and surprise there are no appointments, that receptionist looked else where and did her best to find me one.
The rules on emergency appointments is ridiculous and favor those who do not work or have commitments. The inability for the receptionist to help showed how badly trained and insensitive she is.
Some flexibility is needed here"
