"I never ever experienced this kind of surgery in my life
I try to contact the surgery for to make an appointment for behalf of my friend who doesnât speak English well and he is suffering from mental depression and the surgery opening time 8:30am fro to make an appointment whenever I called the surgery keep in waiting list for 10-20 min says like you are in position 20/19/18/17 and finally when receptionist answer says no appointment at all even I called 2pm says the same dialogue and I request them for future appointments like next available date they say no appointment can make only have to call on same day appointment but no appointment so how can a patient can make appointment??? Some action must be taken by Nhs or Council
When the patient is depression n who canât able to speak English that much how can the doctor will contact and talk to the person???
I have seen many GP in my living life never ever seen a surgery like this Medici medical practice very very poor administration"
