"I have been using this practice for over 30 years and it has gone badly downhill.
It is very difficult to get through on the phone costing time and money. when you do get through you cannot get an appointment when you need one and almost never with a requested doctor. I was recently told by the doctor I saw to make an appointment with them
to receive and discuss test result but after spending over £5 on the phone I was told there are no appointments available with them at all within the next four weeks and to keep ringing early every morning in case there is a cancellation. I do not have the time or money to do this and have been left feeling very distressed as I do not know how to resolve this."
