They are also very reluctant to make reasonable adjustments, instead preferring to refer a patient on when they should be able to manage the treatment at the surgery.
One tip however is to stay on the telephone line when you get the automated response the queue is full. They have a fault on their telephone system (which they have known about for a long time) and this lets you jump the queue and go directly to reception. However, this is likely why you wait so long to get through as others are able to push in. There refusal to deal with this i believe speaks volumes in the way reception and admin run this surgery."
