"This surgery is the most awful surgery I have ever attended.
Reception is rude. Apart from a particular lady who is brilliant and kind but only seems to work in the evenings.
The toilet is dirty and not very clean.
The facilities are limited.
There is one nurse here and she is very kind but her services are limited.
Drs here are both male. Chaperones are not offered but must be requested. If they do have someone sit in on an appointment they do not explain who they are or why they are there. Appointments are hard to get in advance there are only appointments available for one doctor most of the time as a lot of patients I have witnessed have refused to see him.
At this surgery listening is lacking. Treatment with dignity and respect seems to be very limited and have been shown true empathy only the once.
When visiting with a doctor one is void of expression and stares at his computer and talks over the top of you and the other looks and nods and listens to-not a word you say, and then tells you an odd story or two and sends you on your way wondering what has just happened.
I have never found the practice manager approachable. The doctors here seem to deal with things when they have been directed at the practice manager. I think there is confusion over roles where this is concerned.
I do think that this surgery needs to be assessed as to quality of service offered as I am aware of a fair few patients that are currently having major issues with this surgery as of late.
I have experienced personally rude behaviour from reception and doctors. I have experienced inability to get an appointment in an emergency.
I wouldn't recommend at all. My experience here is awful."
