"I have used this practice for over 30 years, not only have I always had superb service but I have seen the Practice grow and develop over time. As a customer one receives a friendly welcome from the receptionist, who in event of a query will always do their utmost to help and solve ones difficulties. The pharmacy staff are agin helpful and cheerful. The nurses are very welcoming and professional and will always go the extra mile to ensure one is comfortable. The doctors are extremely professional and understanding and provide a high level of reassurance and full information.
It is obvious that the high level of friendly service is driven from the top down with the cheerful support of all.
If only the all of our services could be modelled on the Peninsula Practice then life would be so much more pleasant"
